Veteran sports writer Dan Kwaku Yeboah has revealed that he is involved in a legal battle for GHÌ120,000 with Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom, a politician and businessman in Ghana.
Kwaku Yeboah clarified on Okay FM that his printing firm’s services for Dr. Nduom’s Today newspaper were the source of the debt.
The obligation went unpaid after Nduom’s GN Bank collapsed, putting Yeboah and his suppliers in a difficult financial position.
Yeboah narrated how one creditor, on behalf of a legal practice run by Supreme Court Justice Emmanuel Yonny Kulenidi, requested GHç35,000 for printing equipment.

He said that although Dr. Nduom had promised to pay the amount, he thereafter stopped returning his calls and texts.
Kwaku Yeboah declared that he would see the case through to the end and make sure that Nduom paid up the purported debt.

“Nduom still owes me GHc120,000 for unpaid debt. I oversaw the printing of the Today newspaper on his behalf, but I have not yet received money. I spoke with his representatives initially, but when the delay continued, I had a conversation with him about the issue. He claimed health problems as the cause for the additional delay, despite his earlier pledge to pay off the loan while in the US.I had gotten the printing supplies on credit, so the legal process began because of that. One of my creditors filed a lawsuit through Justice Yoni Kulendi’s legal office, and as a result, I was hit with a judgement. Not counting other expenses, I had to pay GHç35,000 just for the paper. We have been pursuing this matter aggressively for more than four years, Dan Kwaku Yeboah Stated
